The quiet cost of doing business the old way

If any of this sounds like your team, you are not alone.

Every medium Indian business we visit has the same pattern: talented people spending half their week on work a well-built system could do unattended. The cost is not just salary — it is the attention drained, the leads leaked, the reports filed late. We listen first. We build quietly. Then we hand it over.

My team spends the first half of every day punching numbers from WhatsApp, emails, and PDFs into Tally. By lunch, nothing has been done that matters.

Managing Partner · CA firm · Jaipur

I know the answer is somewhere in my Drive or my email. I just can't find it when the client is on the phone.

Director · Coaching institute · Alwar

Enquiries come in on WhatsApp at 11 pm. By morning, half the people have already booked with someone else.

Owner · Resort · Sariska

We tried ChatGPT, we tried Copilot — people played with it for a week and went back to doing everything by hand.

COO · Manufacturing · NCR

My competitors are talking about AI everywhere. I don't know where to start, and I don't want to spend a crore to find out.

MD · Distribution · Rajasthan

My reports from regional teams come three days late and half the numbers don't reconcile. I stopped reading them.

CFO · Education group · Delhi-NCR
These aren't problems of ambition. They're problems of attention.

Our approach

We move slowly, on purpose.

Four movements. Each signed off in writing before we proceed. No surprise bills, no scope creep, no theatrics. You always know what is next.

Movement I · Week 1–2

We sit with your team

A week on-site. We shadow operations, read your emails, watch your WhatsApp pile up. We leave with a scoped brief — on letterhead, signed by your lead.

Movement II · Week 3–4

A written proposal

Architecture, governance note, timeline, fixed fee — in writing, before a single line of code is written. No hidden costs. If you don't proceed, the diagnostic is yours to keep.

Movement III · Week 5–12

We build beside you

Weekly demos from your own data. Small iterations. Governance from day one — logs, permissions, red-lines. Your people learn the system as it becomes real.

Movement IV · Ongoing

We hand it over

A handbook. A recorded walkthrough. Quarterly reviews for a year. The system is yours. The frontier will move; we come back to keep pace with it.

We don't sell AI. We remove hours of unattended work from your team's calendar — and then we quietly walk away.

Honest answers

Questions owners actually ask us.

How much will this cost?

We don't publish pricing. Engagements are bespoke and fixed-fee — we only commit a number after a two-week diagnostic, in writing. Most rollouts sit in the mid-six to low-seven-figure range in INR, with optional retainers after handover. You will never be surprised by an invoice.

How is this different from buying a SaaS tool?

A SaaS tool is a generic system you have to fit your business around. We build your system — in your data, your tone, your policies, your workflows — and hand it over. After a year, if you want to take it in-house, we help you do that too. You are never locked in.

We have sensitive client data. Is this safe?

Governance is built-in, not bolted-on. Every system ships with audit logs, role-based permissions, data-residency boundaries (we can deploy inside your cloud, or on-prem if required), red-team review, and a custodianship handbook signed off by your leadership. We are as conservative with data as your lawyers would be.

How long before we see results?

The written scope lands in two weeks. A narrow first rollout is typically live in eight to twelve weeks. You will see time returned to your team from week six, measurable in hours per person per week. We do not chase vanity metrics.

Does AI work in Hindi?

Yes, for well-scoped tasks — WhatsApp triage, customer Q&A, form extraction, summarisation. Full open-ended reasoning in Hindi is improving monthly; we pick tasks AI is ready for today, and we tell you honestly when something is not. We run every Indian-language deployment past native speakers before it touches a customer.

Will you replace my staff?

No. An AI agent does not replace a junior; it removes the repetitive substrate that juniors resent. You keep headcount, your people do higher-leverage work, and your team learns the new tools alongside the rollout. That is how this lasts.
